Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of successful payment, and only if the student has NOT accessed or activated the training dashboard or any course content.

Once login credentials are generated and the dashboard or learning materials have been accessed, the digital service is considered delivered — no refunds will be processed thereafter.

Digital Service Policy

Skill Path India delivers fully digital educational content, internship training, mentorship, and certification access.

Because digital services are immediately available and non-returnable, refunds are not possible after activation or access.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only before accessing the online platform.

All requests must be submitted via email to our official support address.

Refund Processing (If Eligible)

• • Processing time: 5–7 working days
• • No cash or alternate method refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

• Course content or dashboard accessed
• Training period already commenced
• Incorrect information provided during registration
• Failure to complete internship or assessments
• Request made after 24-hour window
